關說酒駕案 張通榮判1年8月

（中央社記者黃旭昇基隆市26日電）基隆市長張通榮被控關說縱放酒駕婦女，基隆地方法院今天以教唆公務員縱放職務上應逮捕之人，處刑1年8月，緩刑5年。

張通榮去年9月爆發涉關說縱放酒駕廖姓婦人，遭檢方起訴。基隆地院判張通榮1年8月徒刑，緩刑5年；緩刑期內付保護管束，並應向指定的公庫支付新台幣200萬元，以及提供200小時義務勞務。全案可上訴。1020726
