「元大栢悅」今首次揭露實價　每坪202萬元

【吳苡辰／台北報導】根據今日的台北市實價登錄資料顯示，知名豪宅「元大栢悅」5樓戶別，今年4月交易，含車位共157.99坪，總價2億7429萬元，台灣房屋智庫經理指出，以當地行情車位每個400萬元拆算，建物每坪約202.6萬元，符合行情。

「元大栢悅」原為「勝利大廈」，先後經歷921與331大地震成危樓，後經都更改建，因位於台北市知名林蔭大道敦化南路一段，據在地仲介指出，該戶別位於5樓，往窗外瞧正巧可見樹梢，景觀條件極佳。
