美首次請領失業補助人數 維持低檔

元大寶華綜合經濟研究院今天指出，美國勞工部統計截至8月3日當周，首次請領失業救濟金補助人數雖然從前一周的修正值32.8萬人略微提高到33.3萬人，但仍優於市場預期的33.6萬人，處於金融海嘯以來相對低檔。

另一方面，雖然連續請領失業救濟金補助人數略微提高至301.8萬人，但由於目前連續請領人數仍處低檔，因此四周移動平均數略微下滑至302.4萬人。

元大寶華指出，受到每年7月美國車廠都會因為更換新的生產設備而進行定期歲修影響，近四周首次請領失業救濟金人數，與連續請領失業救濟金補助人數明顯波動。加以月初國慶日的假期因素，加大了統計上的難度。有鑑於此，對於近期人數的波動，不需要過度解讀。
