看守所寄恐嚇信 男子遭訴

余姓男子有恐嚇前科，他不滿莊姓前女友欲分手，以及莊女向他催討110萬元債務。今年初，余因案被羈押於台北看守所時，竟寄發恐嚇信給莊女，內容指出「我真的會一輩子出現在你的生活，揮之不去」、「真不知道，再見面時，會發生什麼事」，莊女心生畏懼提告，士林地檢署依恐嚇罪嫌起訴余，並請法官從重量刑。
