【張勵德／台北報導】受到低壓帶影響，中央氣象局剛發布大雨特報，今天中南部地區、北部山區、東半部山區及澎湖、金門有局部大雨發生機會，尤其苗栗至嘉義及南投山區午後易有局部大雨或豪雨發生機會，提醒民眾留意。
