涉收水果箱現金 李朝卿案開庭

（中央社記者林恆立南投縣15日電）南投地方法院今天開庭審理南投縣長李朝卿涉收取包商「水果箱現金」回扣案，李朝卿及得標廠商等多人將出庭應訊。

南投地院全天開庭審理李朝卿涉嫌收取工程回扣貪污案檢方起訴的「犯罪事實三」部分，包括扮演中間人角色的李朝卿李姓友人及交付回扣的蕭姓包商均以證人身分出庭作證；辯方律師也傳多名相關證人，包括李朝卿的司機、隨扈等人接受交互詰問。

李朝卿被控於民國99年9月間經辦「98莫拉克C2-156信義鄉神木村聯外道路災修復建工程」時，在水里鄉李姓友人住處收取蕭姓得標廠商裝有一成回扣共新台幣946萬元的水果箱，涉犯公用工程收取回扣罪。

這起貪瀆弊案，南投地檢署於3月26日偵結，連同李朝卿總共起訴16名官商，包括建設處長曾仁隆等多名共同被告已在檢方偵查期間及院方準備庭中認罪。1020815
