敘利亞問題 美以科索伏為先例

美國駐聯合國大使Samantha Power說，美國對敘利亞動武，目的是阻止阿塞德靠殺戮走上勝利之路。北大西洋公約組織(NATO)1999年轟炸塞爾維亞，阻止塞爾維亞屠殺科索伏省的阿爾巴尼亞少數族裔。Power引這個先例，說明美國動武的用意。她沒有談美國動武給國際的最大疑點 (沒有法律根據)，只表示，敘利亞的情況明顯和科索伏一樣，使聯合國安理會陷入癱瘓，有些國家必須在聯合國以外行動，才能阻止阿塞德政權踐踏國際法和道德。
