來自鏈家地產、亞豪機構等地產機構統計顯示，2013年中秋假期期間，北京新建住宅(含保障房)合計成交850套，為2010年以來各年中秋假期成交量最高。

來自鏈家地產、亞豪機構等地產機構統計顯示，2013年中秋假期期間(9月19日-9月21日)，北京新建住宅(含保障房)合計成交850套，為2010年以來各年中秋假期成交量最高。
根據京華時報報導，據亞豪機構統計資料顯示，在剛剛過去的中秋3天小長假中，北京樓市共有6個專案開盤放量，3天開盤的專案個數與9月份以來每周六七個專案的開盤量基本持平。中秋3天假期，北京商品住宅98.29%的成交房源都集中在五環以外，五環以內的成交占比僅為1.71%，比去年同期減少了17個百分點。
除了北京，全大陸其他城市樓市同樣活躍。中原地產研究中心統計資料顯示：中秋小長假，各地樓市成交依然活躍，主要城市簽約資料合計為1.29萬套，同比端午假期的1.09萬套上漲了18%，接近兩成，金九銀十的成交量有可能繼續增加。
此外，根據鏈家地產市場研究部統計，中秋節假期北京二手住宅成交135套，較2012年同期基本持平。按假期來看，與2013年端午節假期成交量相比，也上漲了8.9%。
鏈家地產市場研究部張旭認為，從目前的市場看，購房需求比較旺盛，9月的商品住宅銷量或會較8月有所上漲。與2012年不同的是，目前的房企信心回歸，打折促銷難見，價格出現穩定上漲的態勢。
根據地產機構亞豪機構資料統計顯示，10月份北京商品住宅市場預計將有30個專案入市銷售，供應套數或將創下今年來的新高。
