克里夫蘭聯邦準備銀行總裁皮亞納托（SandraPianalto）今天演說前，美元兌16種主要換匯貨幣多數貶值。紐約聯邦準備銀行總裁杜德里（William C.Dudley）昨天表示美國經濟仍需支持。

此外，歐洲央行（ECB）理事諾沃特尼（EwaldNowotny）今天將發表演說，在此之前，歐元繼兩週來最大單日貶幅後，今維持弱勢。

澳洲國民銀行（National Australia Bank Ltd.）駐雪梨外匯策略師勞森（Emma Lawson）說：「市場密切注意美國財政局勢發展。」「在聯準會和美國財政展望雙重影響下，美元短線走勢恐低於整體市場。」

東京時間10時5分，美元兌日圓變動不大，報1美元兌98.71日圓，前兩個交易日累貶0.6%。美元兌歐元報1.3495美元兌1歐元。歐元兌日圓報1歐元兌133.21日圓，昨貶0.7%至133.37日圓。

美元兌歐元本月以來累貶2%，並邁向季線3.6%貶幅。美元兌日圓自8月31日以來累升0.6%，本季季線貶幅收斂至0.4%。
