退輔會主委董翔龍：允整頓欣欣百貨

前退輔會主委曾金陵因為處理會屬公司欣欣百貨總經理張惠君去留未果，因此辭職求去，張惠君也宣稱她並不是由退輔會推薦的官股代表。但退輔會主委董翔龍上午在立法院回應民進黨立委蔡煌瑯質詢時表示，張惠君是退輔會推薦過去擔任總經理，而根據行政院規定，她超過65歲後，退輔會一年可以考核她一次，若她的考核績效不好，退輔會就會把她換掉。

董翔龍允諾整頓欣欣百貨，取回主導權，並承諾不會讓欣欣百貨百億資產讓民股整碗捧走。
