「哇，好厲害喔！」竹崎鄉沙坑國小小朋友帶塑膠手套，跟著壽司師傅，一步步將米飯捏緊，體驗包壽司的過程。經由嘉義縣教師職業工會媒合，爭鮮迴轉壽司業者今天到學校，教做壽司讓偏鄉小學也能一嘗壽司美味。
