急手機的記憶卡無法格式化

我的手機記憶卡不能格式化也不可以在受機裡面刪除東西
我把手機關機記憶卡拿出來用讀卡機與SD轉接卡用是可以刪除裡面的資料啦!!!
可是就是有一個的資料夾的資料一直刪不掉而且我以為那個資料刪不掉就想說算了沒想到插回手機資料又回到我刪除時的狀況
我也用了很多軟體來用一樣不行害我真的不知到要整麼辦~~
各為大大可以教教我嗎遇到這樣的事是要怎麼辦是要送修還是請大大幫忙!!!
