標題[問題] 請問找工作都會打回前公司詢問嗎?

我第一份工作後 事隔兩年 現在再找第二份工作 因為一些因素也不想讓前公司知道我在找工作 所以履歷都有設定好不讓前公司可以搜尋 但履歷跟自傳都有寫前公司的資料 最近在面試一些工作 請問面試會打回問前公司問我的表現嗎? 問我的離職原因這些嗎? 有點怕我的主管把我說的很難聽...... 另外 想再問 那如果在履歷及自傳不提及前公司資料這樣好嗎? 面試官會不會懷疑更大呢? 感謝大家的解惑.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.86.67
