綠「中國對台軍事威脅評估」5退役將校參與

民進黨將在周二發表「2025中國對台軍事威脅評估」，據了解，在參與編審撰寫的20位專家中，有5位來自軍方的退役將校，占四分之一，除前聯三作戰次長、陸軍司令胡鎮埔外，據稱另有一名中將、兩名少將與一位上校參與，身份未曝光；美方學者則包括華府智庫「國際評估與戰略中心」資深研究員的費學禮（Richard D. Fisher ）、美國「2049計畫研究所」執行長石明凱(Mark A. Stokes)、研究員Russell Hsiao等人，都在報告中提出專文。

這份評估由民進黨邀請國內17位在軍事、資安、科技與歷史不同領域軍文背景學者專家參與，另有3位來自美方的專家為報告提供專文。費學禮、石明凱與Russell Hsiao分別以中國的攻勢防空、解放軍的指管通電情監偵能力與解放軍對台的網路威脅為題，在報告中發表專文。
