李登輝被控洗錢 特偵組簽結

（中央社記者林長順台北5日電）特偵組偵辦前總統李登輝被控洗錢案，檢察官調查後認為無具體犯罪事證，今天全案簽結。

特偵組指出，前總統陳水扁於民國97年9月5日到台北地檢署應訊時，告發李登輝利用人頭帳戶匯入1800餘萬美元，並匯出5000餘萬美元至海外，認為李登輝涉嫌違反洗錢防制法，移送特偵組偵辦。1030305
