我的hero給我弟用 已經好幾年沒用了 我按機上的menu-設定-關於手機-系統軟體更新-排程檢查 下載更新之後 要安裝 我按下去之後 他出現畫面一片空白中間有hero4個大字 後來又進入一個黑底畫面 下面一隻綠色安卓機器人 上面一個三角形 裡面一個驚嘆號 這是什麼問題?
我要去更新主要是因為大家現在都在用play商店 我卻只有market
我手機韌體版本2.1
