「鼎王」麻辣鍋在被媒體踢爆鍋底摻粉調，食材還被驗出有重金屬、農藥後，引爆鼎王旗下相關餐飲事業一連串食安危機；台北地檢署檢方為釐清相關案情，今（12）日下午將針對全案是否涉及「詐欺」，以及是否有「股權爭議」，傳喚鼎王負責人陳世明和股東到案。
