IC封測南茂(8150-TW)與關係企業泰林(5466-TW)今(17)日宣布，與威剛(3260-TW)共同簽署合作意向書，威剛旗下威剛照明將協助南茂與泰林，裝設3.6萬盞LED燈具，南茂預計，裝載後一年可節省1350萬元的電費，節省電力約50%。

南茂今日由董事長鄭世杰、泰林董事長卓連發與威剛董事長陳立白，分別代表公司簽署合作意向書。

南茂與泰林指出，威剛子公司威剛照明專精於LED照明系統的設計與安裝，基於節能減碳保護環境，替社會環保盡一份心力，同時又能降低照明系統運作與維護成本等考量，因此意欲借重威剛照明的長才，協助更新照明系統。

南茂指出，威剛基於昔日業務合作情誼，表達將全力配合兩大集團公司規劃，將提供最好的照明方案設計，在最短工期內完成LED照明系統的安裝。

南茂預估，合作安裝的LED燈具將達約36000盞，需時10月的時間完成燈具的吊掛與安裝，粗估工程完成後，將可節省廠房電力50 %，每年節省電費約1350萬元。
