Google 具隔音功能的午睡艙房

Google 被公認為擁有全世界最快樂的員工，同樣做為 Google 的夏季實習生，也能享有令人稱羨的優渥待遇。CBS 新聞報導，Google 實習生的福利非常奢侈，包括腳踏車、通勤專車、按摩服務、游泳池、舞蹈教室、高科技午睡艙房、派對等等，此外，Google 實習生每個月可領到 5,000 美元薪水，相當於 15 萬台幣。

當然，這些福利和看似很高的實習生薪水對 Google 來說不算甚麼，而且每個月 5,000 美元在Google只是最基層的工程師薪資水準，Google 讓實習生享有同樣福利，是為了吸引未來有可能成為 Google 一分子，具有天份的年輕人加入Google。

即便祭出高薪誘惑，但Google堅持他們不會像華爾街一樣，給實習生太難的工作，他們只希望能真正參與專案。

Google 發言人告訴美聯社，「我們相信工作就該得到應有的報酬，即便實習也應該享有同等待遇，但我們不相信讓實習生擔負全職的工作時間是必要的，因為他們必須先學習時間管理和安排工作量的能力。」
