全台悶熱 防午後瞬間大雨

中央氣象局說，今天全台天氣仍悶熱，跟昨天大致上差異不大，各地大多為晴到多雲，西區及中部以北、宜蘭、花蓮地區，防午後瞬間陣雨。

氣象局說，受西南風影響，今天山區及中部以北、宜蘭、花蓮一帶仍易有熱對流雲系發展，應留意午後雷陣雨帶來的瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風等劇烈的天氣。

另南方來的水氣，中南部地區的雷陣雨不只下在午後，其他時間也會有些短暫陣雨或雷雨。

氣溫方面，因南來的暖濕空氣使得各地氣溫仍偏高，低溫在攝氏25度到27度，高溫大多在32、33度，感受還是較為悶熱，戶外活動應注意防曬並多補充水分。
