疾管署今天公布，台南市出現入夏首例本土登革熱病例，患者曾到高雄工作，目前仍住院。入夏至今，高雄市已累計有257例。

疾管署副署長莊人祥說，患者是住在永康區的55歲男性，19日出現發燒、肌肉痛、食慾不振、倦怠、紅疹及發癢等症狀而就醫，經檢驗確認，目前住院治療中，同住家人無疑似症狀。

他說，患者發病前無出國史，但曾前往高雄市田寮區工作。今年截至7月25日，本土病例共有276例，其中入夏後的病例是262例，高雄市257例最多，其餘是屏東縣2例、澎湖縣1例、嘉義市1例及台南市1例。

疾管署表示，目前正值登革熱流行期，請民眾務必主動巡查居家環境並落實孳生源清除，以降低社區病媒蚊密度。如有發燒、頭痛、後眼窩痛、肌肉痛、關節痛、出疹等疑似症狀，應儘速就醫，並告知醫師旅遊史及活動史，以利醫師診療及通報。(中央社)
