標題[討論] 聯電作業員薪資

早上去彰化就業博覽會應徵聯電作業員(常夜班) 有問到面試官常夜班的作業員薪資 面試官是說一個月(上15天休15天)能領到完整的全薪是3W多(不含加班) 還沒扣勞健保 飯錢 團保 福利金 哩哩扣扣該扣的部份 想請問3W多是能多到多少??(面試官沒說) 薪資結構是如何?? (面試官是跟我說 底薪+津貼=3W多) 所以底薪新人進去是多少??(3W多是哪些項目加總出來的) 另外有提到配合加班到作3休1 能到5W (休假一天出來加班有3千 3000*7=2W1)所以能到5W 加班費真的有這麼多一天3千??(面試官說出來一天加10小時所以兩倍計算) 因為不是要馬上報到 還要交接一段時間所以來向各位請益一下 非常感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.117.44.7 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1406356204.A.94F.html
