林郁方：張顯耀事件不至影響兩岸關係

媒體報導，調查局懷疑陸委會前副主委張顯耀涉嫌擔任共諜，將機密情報交付給對岸。外界因此憂慮，兩岸關係是否將會倒退？長期待在外交國防委員會的國民黨立委林郁方認為，應該不至如此，因為任何兩個政治體之間，彼此都會從事諜報行為，都會刺探對方的情資。

他說，即使馬政府上台後兩岸關係和緩，但雙方這場看不見的戰爭仍在進行，持續有逮捕對方間諜的狀況。僅兩岸之間如此，我國與其他國家間也會如此。各國政府都了解這一點，因此應不至於使得兩岸關係惡化。

不過林郁方表示，即使張顯耀曾將某些不宜外流的情資告知對岸，以目前所知狀況來說，比較像是「洩密」；如果說他是「共諜」，似乎太過沈重。

不過本案是否影響服貿協議等爭議性法案，在立院審議的進度，導致立院更一事無成？國民黨政策會代理執行長費鴻泰說，目前仍密切關注狀況中，現在下定論還過早。
