登記系統卡卡？中選會：系統塞住已排除

昨日地方選委會反應出現登記系統「卡卡」問題，中選會副主委劉義周今天表示，昨日中選會調整內部系統中的表頭，中選會要求地方各選委會先關機，待調整好後再開機，但是各地系統幾乎同時間開機，「系統有一點塞住」，不過很快就排除狀況，不會影響參選人登記。

劉義周表示，這套系統是中選會內所應用的，外部不可能接觸到，跟年初發生大當機的戶政系統不同，他請大家放心，對參選人不會造成任何影響。

劉義周說，為了調整檔案表頭，中選會昨日要求地方選委會先關機，等到感應成功後再開機，不過昨天是好日子登記的人潮多，導致各地同時開機使系統塞住了，但中選會馬上處理很快就疏通、排除，這只是電腦技術性問題而已。
