屏東地院漏夜裁定　葉文祥羈押禁見

昨晚10時許屏檢向地院以串證、逃亡之虞向屏東地院聲請羈押強冠董事長葉文祥，今天凌晨3時30分許法官裁定羈押禁見。
 
屏檢於昨晚11時35分將葉文祥及卷宗一齊送到屏東地院，承審法官於今晨凌晨0時30分許看卷後，約1時35分開庭，認為葉的辯詞有避重就輕，脫罪缷責之嫌，裁定羈押禁見。（陳宏銘／屏東報導）
