小弟私科大畢業 今年24歲 換過兩份工作 前份工作26K 目前想穩定下來 所以非常謹慎選擇工作 因為不想把履歷表弄壞 目前拿到玉山金控廠房輪班人員offer 薪資福利對我來說已經比前份工作好太多了 但唯一的重點就是每個月都要輪三班 9 ---------------------------9以上是主管 1.滿兩年升等考 大約+3000 8 7 6 小弟6職等開始起算 試用 正式 5 32500 35000 午餐津貼 台北市 2800 區域加幾 雙北市 2000 銀行儲蓄 1.4% + 5.5%(員工) = 6.9% 最高額度存48萬 銀行貸款 房貸 1.38% 信貸 1.63% 三節 母親節 3000 父親節 3000 春節 5000 年終 過來人經驗說法大約2個月 特休 1年 7天 3年 10天 5年 14天 7年 15天 那主管說輪晚班+大夜 一個月大概津貼多5千 試用期薪資大約 42K 工作內容就是機房操作員 對我來說 薪資福利確實很誘人 但似乎過往後 要跳巢的機會好像也很困難 詢問大大們 這樣的工作內容跟薪資結構 你們會去嗎? 還是另尋再找傳統科技大廠面試 目前我有和碩測試工程師、華勻整合派駐世界先進設備保養 等等...面試機會。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.218.14.173 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1410953206.A.043.html
