我有辦一個門號給我朋友

他剛辦就沒繳錢了 因為小額付費等等 金額太高
買的時候沒感覺 累積一個月 費用出來金額為 1萬5千多
goole play的收費
不算在小額付費的限制金額裡 所以無上限+上本身的小額付費金額 1000

電話費出來繳不出來 也沒說

最近收到遠傳來信 說明違約金的問題

電話費金額+違約金額 為 三萬八千多

我是個沒工作的大學生
不知道該怎麼辦

請問不繳會被告嗎
還是我可以告我朋友嗎
