日警查獲　一青年擬加入IS

東京警方6日以涉嫌私戰預備及陰謀罪名，對疑似赴敘利亞加入「伊斯蘭國」極端組織的一名大學生進行問訊調查。據HNK報導，該名26歲年輕人，是北海道大學學生，目前處於休學狀態。東京警視廳對他進行問訊調查，並於6日搜查位於東京杉並區等處的關聯場所。

警方透露，東京千代田區一間舊書店，年初貼出呼籲前往敘利亞的紙條，估計這名大學生因而響應號召，正調查張貼紙條的日本人；這名大學生準備前往敘利亞，並已為此制定出國計畫；調查中他坦承想到敘利亞加入「伊斯蘭國」組織，並作為其戰鬥人員。共同社的報導稱，東京警視廳公安部門當天還對其他多名人員進行調查。

這是首次明確發現計畫加入「伊斯蘭國」組織的日本人，警方實際援用日本刑法中為禁止私人參與針對外國的戰鬥行為而制定的私戰預備及陰謀罪名，也是十分罕見的情況。若確判有罪，涉罪者最高可判5年刑期。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
