核3廠冷凝器滲漏 廠方降載發電維修

台電核3廠2號機組12日下午出現冷凝器管子滲漏微量海水，廠方表示，研判是1萬多支管子中的其中1支滲漏，沒有立即顯著的影響，為找出「萬分之一」的滲漏管子，廠方13日晚上將反應爐發電功率降載22%，預估在明天晚上前完成維修作業。
