涉售飼料油 郭姓夫婦羈押禁見

（中央社記者葉子綱雲林縣24日電）涉嫌販售進口飼料油冒充食用豬油，雲林晉鴻公司郭姓負責人夫婦今天由雲林地方法院裁定羈押禁見。

檢方追查黑心油流向，發現雲林莿桐晉鴻貿易商行涉嫌從越南進口牛油、魚油及動植物混合油，冒充食用豬油，出售給正義公司製作相關豬油產品。

雲林檢方指揮食安稽查小組，昨天前往晉鴻貿易商行，拘提負責人郭姓夫婦移送雲林地檢署偵訊，檢方以犯罪嫌疑重大，且有串證、逃亡、反覆實施犯罪之嫌，向法院聲請羈押禁見。

雲林地方法院今天以郭姓負責人夫婦有串證、逃亡及反覆實施犯罪之虞，裁定羈押禁見。

雲林檢方查出，郭姓負責人夫婦經營晉鴻貿易商行，另以2名兒子掛名虛設福瀧、晉瀧2家貿易有限公司，涉嫌從越南、香港等地，進口牛油、魚油等非食用油，賣給強冠、鑫好、正義等下游廠商加工製作冒充食用油販售。1031024
