回饋股東蘋果擬首發歐元債

【大紀元11月4日報導】（中央社舊金山3日綜合外電報導）彭博報導，蘋果將著手發行首度以歐元計價的債券，蘋果身為iPhone製造商，希望在不動用海外現金的情況下，以此協助支應另一輪的股東回饋計畫。

蘋果（Apple Inc.）如果動用海外現金，將面臨利潤匯回稅（repatriation tax）。

根據消息人士指出，全球市值冠軍企業蘋果委託的承辦銀行已開始評估投資人對這次發債的興趣。蘋果這次發債將包括以歐元計價的證券。

消息人士表示，高盛集團（Goldman Sachs Group Inc.）與德意志銀行（Deutsche Bank AG）已接受蘋果委託，將承辦這次的交易，而交易所得將用來支應蘋果的股東回饋計畫。

坐擁超過1550億美元現金與約當現金的蘋果，從2013年以來已透過發債籌資290億美元，藉此支應股票回購與股利發放，並避免動用海外現金而被課稅。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
