包庇王令麟典獄長蘇清俊收押

獄政官員涉貪案，台北地檢署昨天偵訊後，向法院聲請將綠島監獄典獄長蘇清俊羈押禁見，台北地院今天清晨裁准。

檢調查出，蘇清俊原是台北監獄副典獄長，今年初升為綠島監獄典獄長，他在北監任職期間，涉收賄放水讓受刑人王令麟等人獲得特別會面及違規帶違禁品入囚舍。

台北地檢署偵訊後，認為蘇清俊、台中監獄副典獄長趙崇智、台北監獄人員周秉榮、祖興華及受刑人王令麟的助理胡曉菁等7人，涉犯貪污治罪條例的違背職務行（收）賄，為本刑5年以上重罪，有串證及滅證之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見。

台北地院審理後，今天凌晨裁定祖興華以新台幣20萬元交保，其餘6人羈押禁見。(中央社)
