人氣搞笑團體「森三中」成員大島美幸，以平頭造型在「福氣大丈夫」中反串飾演大叔男主角，因為恐懼女性而一直單身。某日傷他至深的初戀女友突然出現，讓他心中再起漣漪。

大島美幸以本片獲得蒙特婁奇幻影展最佳女主角獎，不過她在拍完本片後，就於今年5月宣布息影，專心「做人」。她經歷流產與子宮肌瘤手術，這半年都在努力調養身體，可惜仍未有好消息。
