台灣大續約免預繳?

今年我兩年約的台灣大過了
剛好要換支手機來續約但是因於跑去門市詢問都說智慧型幾乎都要預繳10個月

但是我又在拍賣購物平台上看到一些台灣大免預繳等方案
這就讓我不是很懂了電信門市都說一定得要預繳不是嗎..

舉例我有看到

新辦~~續約~~攜碼通通免預繳
SONY-Z3專案---遠傳.台灣 4G月租1399 手機只要3900元免預繳

= 3900+1399
為什麼會這樣很想去跟網路的買但又怕被騙
誰可以給我正確答案~~
