扁不能保外就醫陳致中質疑法務部

法務部長羅瑩雪今天不同意前總統陳水扁申請保外就醫案，陳水扁的兒子陳致中就此在臉書上質疑羅瑩雪的說法有問題。

「原來，陳總統不能保外就醫，是因為中榮診斷書過期？！」陳致中今天晚間在臉書上回應羅瑩雪，一開始就無法信服羅的說法。

陳致中並問羅瑩雪，今年6月提出保外就醫申請，用五月的診斷書，有什麼問題？

他再問，保外就醫准否，是法務部的職權，怎麼會推到法院去？
