遠傳安心講380轉方案

我使用遠傳安心講380
原本是6月到期
但我始終都沒去續約

最近想把方案轉成預付卡(遠傳)
因為個人通話少,幾乎都是人家打來多
與其他一些因素

如果要轉成預付卡的話需要到門市申請嗎? 還是打去客服就好?

如果把安心講轉成預付卡...那上網需要另外開通嗎?

還有遠傳預付卡上網會卡卡的噸噸的嗎?還是跟一般3G月租同樣呢?
(因為我朋友也是遠傳預付卡,不過他手機是單核心的...不知道是手機問題還是遠傳預付卡的問題,導致網路變超慢的)
