露天已經取貨付款了交易狀態卻是空白賣家提出取消交易

是這樣的

我原本露天買了個東西用店到店付錢

結果隔天他就被停權了

然後隔3天我手機簡訊收到貨已到門市

我也去取貨了

但很奇怪為甚麼交易狀態都是空白的他寄出去也沒有已出貨

到店也沒顯示我去拿了還是沒顯示

結果我拿了付錢賣家訂單管理突然多出了立即結帳付款同意取消交易

這是怎樣阿???我們這樣不算交易完成嗎?我都去取貨付錢了結果他要取消交易?

我要按同意嗎?我權益會損失嗎

第一次遇到這種狀況悄悄話都不理人

拜託幫我一下有點擔心是不是被賣家黑了
