台北市西門町峨嵋停車場槍擊案，主嫌已經鎖定，警方表示槍手是天道盟不倒會，自稱為雙槍俠的陳福祥，他曾涉及幾年前的劫囚案遭到通緝，警方14日晚間約談其中一名死者，21歲蔡鎧陽女友的舅舅釐清案情。
