陳家欽掌高市警打造零恐懼城市

新任高雄市警察局長陳家欽今天上任，他將打造高雄成為零恐懼的城市，並強調絕不允許集體街頭滋事和詐騙等情事發生。

高雄市警察局長黃茂穗今天屆齡退休，警政署報奉內政部核定保安警察第二總隊總隊長陳家欽接任高雄市警察局長。

高雄市警察局卸新任局長交接典禮由高雄市副市長陳金德主持，警政署副署長林德華擔任監交人。

陳金德讚揚黃茂穗於任內致力治安工作維護，交出了亮麗的成績單，並期許陳家欽接任後再接再厲，全力維護高雄的治安環境。

陳家欽受訪表示，他是高雄人，曾任高雄市警察局副局長，將打造高雄成為零恐懼的城市，並且絕不允許集體街頭滋事和詐騙等情事發生，要讓警政服務足感心。

陳家欽為中央警察大學刑事系45期、警政研究所14期碩士班畢業，是鑑識專家李昌鈺博士的高徒，曾任台中縣警察局和平分局長、刑事警察局督察及隊長、屏東縣警察局局長、高雄市警察局副局長等，職務歷練完整。
