禽流感政院：調資源協助地方

行政院發言人孫立群今天表示，中央與地方政府是夥伴關係，中央協助調度資源，中央不顧地方禽流感疫情非事實。

孫立群中午出席世界自由民主聯盟午宴後，面對媒體詢問表示，中央與地方權責劃分是中央在政策面、地方在執行面，地方執行碰到困難，中央須出面協調與支援；禽流感疫情救災到目前也是這樣，地方回報需求，中央主動調查。

他說，中央資源分散在各縣市，整體調度，到目前為止，以雲林縣為例，12日到22日已調1萬8000多件防護衣、588個護目鏡、消毒水與屍袋等。

孫立群表示，到目前為止調度的資源，有些從其他縣市調，或從衛生福利部、行政院農業委員會調。
