威力纖禁藥案　菁茵荋總經理曾心怡緩起訴被撤

國民黨榮譽主席連戰長女連惠心所投資的菁茵荋生技公司，旗下產品「威力纖」系列被查到含有禁藥，連惠心及總經理曾心怡被依違反藥事法給予緩起訴，但曾心怡未繳處分金400萬元，29日被撤銷緩起訴，將被依法起訴。

菁茵荋生技公司販售的「威力纖」、「美麗纖」等系列產品，因被查出含有「Cetilistat」、「Sibutramine」等禁藥成分，而連惠心因擔任代言人，還被查出持有公司股份。

承辦檢察官因考量他們並無前科，事後承認犯行並態度良好，因此將連惠心及曾心怡緩起訴，依照公司千萬營收，以過失比例計算，連惠心須繳交國庫600萬元，曾心怡則繳國庫400萬元。

但曾心怡未繳清處分金，29日被檢方撤銷緩起訴處分，將她提起公訴。
