讀懂三百萬人的心　挖出隱形粉絲

演活福爾摩斯的英國男星康柏拜區（Benedict Cumberbatch），誰會是他的超級粉絲？原來不只年輕女性，他也是中年大叔工程師的最愛！

這群另類「康寶」，愛看F1賽車跟偏左派的《衛報》（The Guardian），手拿微軟（Microsoft）產品，看電視比上網多，就連閒錢每月只花一百二十五英鎊（約合新台幣六千元），秘密全部瞭若指掌。

英國線上市調公司YouGov提供的資料庫Profiler，在典型愛好者之外，過濾出名人或品牌的「隱形粉絲」，讓行銷精準對位。YouGov的強項，在於完全仰賴網路蒐集資訊，全球累計三百萬人的資料，就連美國《紐約時報》、新聞網CBS都跨海成為其民調客戶。
