Light guide plate maker Global Lighting Technologies (GLT) expects its revenues in 2015 to climb 15-25% on year to reach record highs.
In addition to expanding production capacity on various lines by 20%, GLT expects strong shipments from US-based customers for keyboard applications throughout early 2015, with the company expected to provide over 80% of demand for a major customer.
Larger and thinner TV demand in 2015 will also push GLT's orders, and China-based vendors are expected to put in some of the largest order increases with the company.
GLT also expects five newly constructed lines to go into production in the first quarter of 2016 in order to meet growing demand.
The company saw its revenues grow 40.40% on year in 2014 to NT$6.24 billion and expects 40.97% on-year growth in the first quarter of 2015.
