愛瘋6賣5800元 siri 辨真假

手機iphone6熱賣，掀起仿冒風潮。台中市警方查扣假的iphone6，真品3萬元，膺品5800元。業者表示，辨識真假最方便的方式，就是真品的語音智能助手「siri」，能應答氣象等資訊，反之即膺品。

台中市第六警分局員警，去年12月持搜索票到中清路2段1家通訊行搜索，查扣仿冒iPhone6行動電話1支，經送專業法律事務所檢驗，再送回美國蘋果總公司，花2個月時間，查出不是蘋果公司授權製造的行動電話，鐘姓業者被依違反《商標法》函辦。

鐘姓負責人坦承，膺品是他去年到大陸深圳地區購買而來，原本價格3萬元的真品，才賣5800元。
