請教電腦高手，HP筆電型號15-n019ax買來系統為WIN8，想改灌WIN7，事先已經去HP官網下載好各種驅動〈確認型號吻合、系統也選擇64位元WIN7〉，結果WIN7安裝好後，USB插入無反應，將驅動燒到光碟以光碟讀取安裝均顯示失敗，請問有沒有人有類似經驗?或有電腦高手可以幫忙解答問題出在哪?感謝幫忙！
