波士頓爆炸案開審辯護律師：錯在已死嫌犯

美國波士頓馬拉松爆炸案本周三正式開審，被告佐哈爾札涅夫（Dzhokhar Tsarnaev）的辯護律師克拉克（Judy Clarke）坦承，的確是佐哈爾札涅夫發動襲擊，但他是受兄長的影響。

美聯社今天報導，克拉克在開案時表示：「正是他幹的。」不過，她說佐哈爾札涅夫的兄長塔馬蘭（Tamerlan Tsarnaev）沉迷於暴力的激進伊斯蘭主義，焦哈只是跟隨他。

克拉克是美國著名死刑案辯護律師，她提出上述論點，顯然是要將責任推到已死的塔馬蘭身上。

佐哈爾札涅夫與塔馬蘭涉嫌於2013年4月15日在波士頓馬拉松發動炸彈攻擊，造成3死、264傷。（黃炎坤／綜合外電報導）
