修杰楷今天過32歲生日，一過12點沒多久，他就收到了最棒的生日禮物，並且開心地在微博分享出來，貼出大8歲女友賈靜雯的戴帽低頭氣質照，心懷感想說：「謝謝…你就是我最好的禮物！」姊姊情人果然超有情趣，馬上在微博放閃回應：「生日快樂，禮物要好好保存喔。」還放上拉紙砲灑花及掩嘴竊笑的可愛表情圖案，40一枝花扮萌仍然閃爆九條街！（曾宛如／綜合報導）
