昨天剛好我的數位液晶電視機壞了，想在網路上看免費新聞直撥就好，但搜到一個網路是叫iTVer的,不知道這網站須不須要付費，因它等於一台數位電視的功能了，但上面並沒註明要付費，直接就可看，我怕看了須要付費，所以問一下有沒有人知道這網站看電視須付費嗎？
