假髮也可以退換貨嗎?(kinkee的)

我買了一頂kinkee的假髮,昨天收到,但我覺得不太喜歡,
請問如果我沒有帶過,可以退嗎?
我在超級商城買的,他下面的服務承諾有寫七天鑑賞期可退貨,
但kinkee的fb紛絲專頁寫假髮不可退,
那到底可不可退啊?
(今天放假,客服還沒回我.........)
