反應Fed聲明美股漲、美元貶

由於美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）今天在2天的決策會議結束後對升息表示謹慎態度，華爾街股市由黑翻紅，但美元兌歐元則貶值。

Fed在台北時間19日凌晨2時公布政策聲明後15分鐘，道瓊指數從公布前20分鐘的下跌150點變成上漲151.81點，達到18000.89點。標準普爾500指數也上漲16.94點，達到2091.22點。

但美元兌歐元匯率則從聲明公布前1小時的1歐元兌1.0655美元貶值為1.0693美元。
